The Deluge θ

I went to the Art Institute, and admired Monet's paintings of parlament, which are similar to my Deluge, and realized the way to make the blues stand out was to use yellows, pinks, orange and other colors to bring contrast. In my mind I remember the painting being shades of blue, but it had bright yellows and all kinds of colors in the muddy mess. So this is my attempt to improve the painting again. I plan to add more light blues at the top. 2007/02/24
