WHAT IS WHBBIBLE
WHB Bible, is a program for searching and reading bible texts on a Windows CE Handheld device. This program allows the user to quickly search multiple bible texts and easily read them on your portable Handheld. The WHB Bible is open source and can support any bible text. In order to use WHB Bible you must download a bible text and install it onto your hand held device. I will try to offer a few bible texts for free, and hopefully I will provide some of the copyrighted version of the bible later for a small price (I will pass the price directly to you, and make no profit.)
I developed WHB Bible on a Dell Axim X5, 400mhz with 64mbs of ram. It has not been tested with other PocketPC devices, but in theory should work on any handheld running PocketPC 2002. I have tested this on an ARM processor too. I would love for help testing this on other handhelds and seeing if it works ok on other devices, so leave me a note!

INSTALLATION:
WHB BIBLE http://www.havenofbliss.com/ ========================= Wyatt Houtz wyatt@havenofbliss.com 1/23/2003 ========================= HOWTO INSTALL: Copy the whbbible.cab file to your device, then tap on the whbbible.cab file to have it automatically install. It is recommended to copy the cab file to the following folder on your PPC. By copying the cab file to the folder, you can execute the cab file via the 'Start Menu'. \Windows\Start Menu\ This will only work on PocketPC Strong Arm Processors such as Compaq IPaq's and Dell Axims Please let me know what you think of this product and if you like it.Download WHB Bible for ARM Processors [1.3MB]

KJV upgrade [1.3MB] (Fixes some problems with certain PDAs)
KJV with Strongs Numbers [2.2MB]
This program will accept any bible installed as long as it is organized in the same format as the existing bibles. This was done to easily add additional bibles. Simply drop in a new bible in the same format as the KJV provided in a different folder and it will automatically be detected!

This code was designed and tested for PocketPC 2002. It was developed in Embedded Visual Studio 3.0 with the PocketPC 2002 SDK; both of which are available for free from www.microsoft.com.
